  • ​When a division is sold out it will say "SOLD OUT" and no longer be an option to register for on the application. 
  • Age is determined by year, not date. But must be at least 18 on tournament date
    • Must be at least 18 on tournament date to play
  • No gift players in any division
    • Must be division age by December 31 (in tournament year) to play in that division
      • ​ex: If you are playing in Over 35, you must be 35 or turning 35 by 12/31 to play in Over 35
  • Player roster due by May 11
  • Teams are not confirmed a spot in this event until payment has been received.  All spots are first come.
  • 11 v 11
    • 20 players MAX per roster
    • Must have equal # male/female players on field (goalie excluded)
    • 4 games guaranteed​
  • Saturday/Sunday tournament
    • Games start at 7am, end by 9pm both days
    • Games are (2) 25 minute halves with 5 minute halftime break
    • Game Schedule will be released on May 13th by 6pm
    • Mandatory Team manager check in Friday 2-7pm at the fields
  • Games will be played at: JAMES REGIONAL SPORTS PARK
    • All fields are grass
    • Fields are 110 x 55
    • No outside food/alcohol is allowed at this park​
    • Game schedule will be posted Monday prior to event
  • Registration is $1400 per team.  
    • ​Deposit of $500 required to enter team.  Balance due in April
  • Mandatory Team Manager (or designated person) check in on Friday
    • Location - James Regional Sports Park
    • 2-7pm
  • Division winners receive individual prizes and discounted entry (50% off) following year
  • Players may play on 2 teams max as long as the they are in separate divisions and meet age requirements.​
  • Teams caught cheating will automatically forfeit the remainder of the tournament and no allowed back the following year. See rules for scoring on forfeit teams.
