There will be NO email/phone access at this time. 

Requests, update to rosters, waivers sent/completed, etc will resume the following day.

You have successfully submitted a form for one or more of the following items:


  • Added to the Team Roster
    • ​If you were just added to the roster you will land on this page. You do not need to do anything else.  Please ask team manager to help view the team roster if you have questions.  Waivers will be sent to you 14 days prior to event. Please do not email us for a waiver as they are sent only when we are ready to collect that info from you. If you do not get one 4 days before the event, email us for a new one.

  • Team Jersey/Photo - This updates automatically.
    • Rosters should show these updates within 5 minutes (depending on how fast these magical systems work)


  • Delete a Player - This is not automatic and requires internal review. 

    • If your tournament is more than 30 days away these may take up to 1 week to complete.  We have other tournaments that come first and those take priority as they get close & until they end.
    • If your tournament is within 30 days it will be done within 72 hours of request. 
    • If your tournament is within 14 days it will be done daily at the end of (our) day. 


  • Signed a Waiver - This is not automatic to the roster.
    • It may take up to 96 hours to update on the roster.  
    • If your name on the waiver does not match your ID you will see in the  "player action required" on your profile that there was an error and what date a replacement waiver was sent. 
    • The instructions to fix this are IN THE WAIVER! It was in the first one, and it is also in the replacement.


  • Update Player Info:
    • Add ID - Add Selfie - Update Player Jersey Number:

  • Free Agent Submission:
    • ​If you added yourself to the free agent list or made a post looking for players this will be visible to all within 5 minutes
    • We do not place players on teams, this is for you to contact the people on their own.
    • If you requested to be deleted from the free agent roster it may take up to 72 hours to see delete.
